Located just 46 miles north of Dubuque, Iowa and 71 miles west of Madison, Dove Healthcare – Fennimore features a 62-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

As the director of nursing, you will:

work collaboratively to lead all clinical services,
develop and implement nursing practices to ensure high quality care,
oversee regulatory compliance, including
- patient care and resident rights
- nursing practices
- staffing and employee development
- budget

Required Qualifications:

current Wisconsin licensure as a Registered Nurse
degree from an accredited school of nursing
previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility
knowledge of State and Federal regulations
