Director of Nursing for Assisted Living CBRF

Three Pillars is hiring a CBRF (Community Based Residential Facility) Director of Nursing for Assisted Living. This position is Full Time

The Director of Nursing for Assisted Living CBRF supports our mission and values by serving as the leader for Riverside Lodge (RSL) CBRF.

What will I do in this role?

  • Provide administrative and clinical leadership and oversight.
  • Serve as an expert in medically focused CBRF Assisted Living for all residents and associates.
  • Lead and direct all care, services and programming, ensuring exceptional quality and services while maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations.
  • Work hands on with the residents..
  • Maintain continuous and proactive communications with residents' family members to promote open dialogue and timely sharing of important information;
  • Attract, retain, coach, motivate and lead a high performance service delivery team who support cognitively impaired residents in activities of daily living.

What is required in this position?

  • Registered Nurse in state of Wisconsin.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in a long-term care geriatric setting, managerial responsibilities preferred.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations as applied to the CBRF.
  • Basic computer knowledge required.
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic and behavioral interventions and techniques for effectively interacting with individuals with cognitive impairment.
